Werribee Park
The Chirnside family originally owned much of the Werribee Plains and built Werribee Park Mansion in the late 1870s. The colonial homestead is Victoria’s largest private residence and has become one of state’s major tourist attractions after it was purchased by the State Government of Victoria and restored to its original splendour.
